What is HungryDeals?: HungryDeals works with Singapore’s most popular dining establishments to offer you HungryDeals-exclusive privilege prices. Just quote your unique privilege eCode when making your reservation and the discount will automatically be applied to your total spend.
Who are you guys?: HungryDeals is run by the same group of people behind Singapore’s No 1 Food Guide – HungryGoWhere. We also run the websites HungryDelivery (should you wish to dine in) and HungryBBQ (a one-stop center for all your BBQ needs).
Where did you get the name "HungryDeals"?: It came quite naturally after similarly named sister sites such as HungryGoWhere, HungryDelivery and HungryBBQ. Together, we aim to be The First Stop for Hungry People!
Where is HungryDeals based?: The proud little Republic of Singapore.
Will HungryDeals be coming to my city?: We would love to. We are hoping to bring the joy of HungryDeals to the Asian cities around us. If you'd like to help us launch HungryDeals in your city, feel free to email us at sales@hungrydeals.sg

I really love your HungryDeals - is there any way I can subscribe to them?: For a daily digest of the HungryDeal of the day, please join our mailing list.
I missed out on a previous HungryDeal - will you bring it back?: All our past HungryDeals are listed on our “Past Deals” page. If you see a past HungryDeal you wish to revive, click on ”Vote” to let us know. When enough votes are accumulated, we will approach the merchant and try to work out another deal with them by letting them know how much you guys would love for them to be listed again.

Referral

Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?: Nope – you will definitely get any eCode once you pay for it. But you'll probably want to invite people anyway, though - sharing is caring.

Buying

I like today's HungryDeal - how do I get it?: Just click "BUY" before the offer, and before all the eCodes (only a limited number will be issued each time) get snapped up. Hurry!
What do you guys take - Cash, NETS, Cheque, Card?: All payments on HungryDeals are processed either by PayPal or SmoovPay. So if you have a PayPal account OR SmoovPay account OR a credit card, you are all set for spending.
How do I pay with a credit card?: You can either select SmoovPay as your payment option and fill in all your card details; or you could do the same on PayPal by clicking on the link (to the left of the login field) that says “Don’t have a PayPal Account? No problem, continue checkout”.
Am I billed as soon as I click on “Buy” for a HungryDeal?: Yes, you are charged immediately and your eCode is issued on the spot so you can use it as quickly as you want!
So I've entered my billing information - what now?: First, thank you for your purchase. If your payment was successfully made, an email containing your unique eCode(s) will be mailed to you shortly. You can also retrieve your unique eCode(s) by viewing your purchase history.
When do I get to redeem my HungryDeals eCode?: You can redeem it as soon as you get it. Just quote the eCode when making your reservation and the discount will automatically be applied to your total spend.
Is HungryDeals safe?: Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
Can I buy a HungryDeals eCode as a gift for someone else?: Yes. The eCode is 100% transferrable (but can only be used once!). Just forward your friend the email we sent you, or send him/her the downloadable eCode voucher. Thereafter, all your friend needs to do is to quote the eCode and the discount will be applied as per normal.
Can I return a HungryDeals eCode?: We’re afraid not. But since you already have such an amazing deal in hand – why not try it out? You may just fall in love with the place.

Credits and Referral

I have sent an invite to my friend. When will i get my credits?: You will get your credits when your friend signs up for a HungryDeals account and makes his/her first purchase within the first 72 hours of your referral.
How long are my credits valid for?: Your credits are valid for six (6) months and will not be extended. So do use your credits before they expire! HungryDeals shall have the right at any time to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or service on the Website or forming part of the Service.

Redemptions

Do I need to use my HungryDeals eCode the same day I buy it?: No. But all HungryDeals eCodes have an expiration date – just be sure to use it before then!
I’ve received my HungryDeals eCode - how do I use it?: Just quote your unique privilege eCode when making your reservation and the discount will automatically be applied to your total spend.
I can’t find my HungryDeals eCode! Where is it?: To get to your marvelous collection of HungryDeals eCodes, simply login, click on “My Account” and head over to the “My HungryDeals” tab.
Can I combine my HungryDeals eCode with other offers or specials?: Sorry, the HungryDeal eCodes are not applicable with any other offers, specials or promotions; unless the HungryDeals specifically states otherwise.
What happens if my HungryDeals eCode expires?: Uh-oh. Please note that HungryDeals eCodes are only redeemable before and on the day of their expiration date – so mark that date down and use your eCode before then!
What if the business for my HungryDeals eCode closes down?: If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your HungryDeals eCode, we'll make sure you get your money back.
How do I make reservations?: Just call the number listed under the merchant details during their operating hours, as per normal.

Members

I have a HungryGoWhere account – do I need to register for a HungryDeals account?: No, HungryGoWhere and HungryDeal share the same membership database. You do not need to sign up for another account to purchase a HungryDeal.
Why do I need to be a member?: You need to sign up for a HungryGoWhere/HungryDeal account in order to make purchases on HungryDeals.
How do I sign up?: To do so, just click on the "Register" button at the top right of the page. Fill in the form that appears and click "Continue". Alternatively, you will automatically be prompted to register for an account should you attempt to purchase a HungryDeal without one.
How do I log in?: To do so, just click on the "Sign in" button at the top right of the page. Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields and press the "Sign in" button again. Otherwise, you will automatically be prompted to log in should you attempt to purchase a Hungry Deal without doing so.
I didn't get my verification email?: Your spam filter may have blocked the email. Please check your spam folder?
I've checked my spam folder, I definitely did not receive the email.: You didn't? That stinks. Please write in to us here and let us know - we'll have another one sent to you!
I forgot my password, what do I do now?: If you have forgotten your password, click here. After verifying that you have an account with us, we will send an email requesting you to verify that you requested a change of password. Upon clicking the link in the email, a new password will be sent to you.
How do I edit my profile?: To edit your profile, sign in, click on “Settings”>”Edit display profile” or Click Here
How do I change my password?: Don’t like your current password? Sign in, click on “Settings”>”Change login password” or Click Here and change it to one you feel more comfortable with!
Where can I see the HungryDeals I've bought?: Just sign in to your account and select the "My HungryDeals" tab to see all your purchases.
How do I print out my HungryDeals eCode?: Just sign in to your account, select the "My HungryDeals" tab and click on the "Print" link next to the Voucher you would like to print out. You will be prompted to either save or view the PDF Voucher. Select either option and proceed to print out your Voucher for use!
Do you keep track of the gifts I have bought?: Yes we do! To view the gifts that you have purchased, simply sign in to your account and select the "My Gifts" tab!
What is this "Mark as Used" function?: This function helps you to identify the deals that you have redeemed from the ones that you have yet to redeem. When you’ve printed out and used up a eCode, click on “Mark as Used” to file it under your “Used” eCodes section!
