The test kitchen often introduces new flavours to keep things interesting for regular customers.
Every single item that you find at The Pie Shoppe is handmade – the pies contain lean tender meat trimmed of fat and skin stewed with fresh vegetables, herbs and spices, lovingly enclosed in light shortcrust pastry and baked on site till golden brown. The cakes are baked with high quality ingredients and no chemical additives, often using healthy alternatives like olive oil instead of butter, with absolutely no compromise on taste.
A recent addition to the Pie Shoppe family is its range of sweet pies and crumbles – combinations of fresh juicy fruit such as apple, mango and blueberries baked till tender in fragrant, buttery pastry. Have a warm pie with a scoop of ice cream for a heavenly treat!
